A new version of XSidPlay SID player is ready.

- Use libsidplayfp 1.8.1 (support 3SID)
- Better QT5 porting
- Fix missing initialization in emu configuration
- Add compilation for win32
Knowbug:
- Alsa, even if plays, has a 30 seconds two fast initial timing
