A new version of XSidPlay SID player is ready.

- Alsa, even if plays, has a 30 seconds two fast initial timing

Use the custom compile.sh and/or install.sh for an easy compilation/installation as the project use cmake
No more patches is needed for using libsidplayfp, so now it is again loaded dinamically.
Due to the high changes involved, many bugs could be to catch up.
